Melissa began her career in Veterinary Medicine in 2014, and joined the Tillie Lake crew in May, 2017!
Mel loves that one is never truly done learning in Animal Medicine. She enjoys knowing that medicine is always changing and progressing to better treat the patients we see. She also very much enjoys being able to help families keep their fur babies healthy.
Mel currently has a handsome orange and white long haired kitty named Walter White (AKA Heisenberg).
It is Mel's dream to some day own her own llama or alpaca farm (she is kind of obsessed!).
Mel's favorite thing is spending time with her young daughter, Nola May. They love traveling to her family's cabin up north, and relaxing outdoors. They also enjoy partaking in the many festivals that the Milwaukee area has to offer throughout the summer.
